User Pattern Playlists
In addition to defining patterns using the Pattern Definition Language, users can organize a series of consecutive patterns as a playlist for bit stream generation. Playlists are created by defining each incorporated pattern file together with a number of cycles for which to generate that pattern before going on to the next item in the playlist. After reaching the end of the playlist, bit stream generation begins again at the beginning of the playlist. Playlists are only used to define bit-stream generation in the Pattern Generator. They are not used for error detection.
